This is a comfortable family safari that combines cultural, game viewing and active safari to Kisampa Conservation Area (Saadani) & Mikumi Nat. Parks and Selous Game Reserve.

Day 1:
Depart by road, (air transfer on request) Kisampa Conservation Area, to private conservation sanctuary bordering the unique, coastal, Saadani National Park.Saadani. Arrival will be in time for lunch. Evening walk and overnight at Camp, full board
Day 2:
Start a day with a village visit, attend a Kiswahili church service, play soccer with the local football team, weave a mat the traditional way, climb a tree ,pitch a tent, make camp, build a temporary shelter, paddle in a dug out canoe, learn to fish in a remote forest stream, meet the night creatures on a night safari or assist in a search for turtle nests on a remote beach. Afternoon relaxation and overnight at Camp, full board.
Day 3:
Activities and overnight at Camp, full board
Day 4:
After breakfast drive to Mikumi National Park. Late afternoon arrival to the Camp and overnight at Tented Camp, full board
Day 5:
Morning walking safari. After lunch relaxation by the pool and late afternoon game drive. Overnight at Tented Camp, full board
MIKUMI NATIONAL PARK is flanked between the Uluguru and Udzungwa Mountains. Mikumi National Park is home to buffalos, giraffes, elephants, lions, zebras and leopards.
Day 6:
Depart for Selous Game Reserve via Kisaki village with packed lunch, late afternoon arrival and overnight at Camp, full board.
Day 7: Morning boat safari on the Rufiji River brings you close to the aquatic animals and birds. Afternoon game drive and overnight at the Camp, full board
Selous Game Reserve covering 50,000sq km, this is the largest game reserve in the world. The reserve supports an enormous number of elephants, buffalos and wildebeests. Other rare species include the African Hunting dog. The park provides home for some of the last remaining black rhinos.
Day 8:
After breakfast depart for Dar es salaam.
