I T I N E R A R Y
Day 1:
Pick up from airport/hotel and proceed on to Selous Game Reserve. This will be a 6-7 hours’ drive depending on the road conditions. Picnic lunch will be provided en-route. Late afternoon game drive and dinner will be served at the Campsite, overnight at campsite, full board
Day 2:
Early morning walking Safari followed by a full day game drive. Overnight at the Campsite, full board.
Day 3:
Morning boat safari followed. Afternoon game drive and overnight at the
Campsite, full board.
Selous Game Reserve boasts Tanzania's largest population of elephant as well as large numbers of herds of buffalo, hippo, crocodile, wild dog, a variety of 440 species of birds, over 2000 variety of plants, hot volcanic springs, lagoons, the great Rufiji River and the diverse landscape makes Selous Game Reserve a World Heritage site. Other species commonly seen are lion, bushbuck, impala, giraffe, eland, baboon, zebra and greater kudu.
Day 4:
After Breakfast, drive back to Dar es Salaam
