I T I N E R A R Y
Day 01
0930hrs depart from our Nairobi offices or city centre based Hotels for a journey south along the floor of the Great Rift, and then climb the western wall entering Hemmingway’s country ‘Serengeti Plains’.
Visit Narok Maasai museum to learn about their history. Arrive in the Maasai Mara Game reserve in time for lunch. Afternoon game drives. Dinner and overnight.
Day 02
A full day is spent game viewing across the rich, treestudded grasslands and rolling hills. The famous Mara is renowned for its great herds of plains’ game, black maned, leopard and cheetah, but also contains numerous elephant and virtually every type of wildlife to be found in Kenya. This park is perhaps the most prolific in the world and definitely the best game park in the world too for the most approachable game.
All meals and overnight at the campsite.
Our camps enjoy full facilities, large tents, flushing toilets, and mess facilities, beds and bedding to authentic standards.
Day 03
Pre-breakfast game drives. Have breakfast and depart for Nairobi arriving late afternoon.
