My mother and I did a 14 day tour and we had a great time!
We were met on time at each location and watched over very well througout our stay. As two women traveling alone it was important to feel safe and that we did at all times!
The generousity and welcoming nature of the tour managers and guides exceeded our expectations and all accomodations were up to standard with the resort in Hurghada being the highlight.
I would definately recommend this to my friends for a wonderful Egyptian experience!

Having a tour guide to glide us through so many destinations certainly made the traveling experience a lot easier. We witnessed one tour guide on many an occasion trying to talk with a large group. Our experience was very different. One tour guide for two people, this meant we got the full benefit of all our tours.
A bit more information from tour guide on local customs, especially tipping would have been helpful, especially expected amount, and who. We ran into difficulties when leaving our cruise boat. We had left a tip in the restaurant, bar, deck and room. As we did not leave any thing at resection, this seemed to cause some bad feeling. No one told us not to tip the different areas – that we should just tip reception.

They were wonderful right from the first enquiry to the very last day of our trip. Lamia who was my main contact was just wonderful, she worked hard in arranging our customised itinerary, even two weeks before we were due to arrive we changed our itinerary and she was able to manage the changes within our time scale.
As for their service it was just wonderful, from the time we landed to our departure. We were met by Fouat at the airport who dealt with everything from visa, immigration clearance,etc. In Cairo he made sure our hotel rooms were to our satisfaction and exactly what we had request.
The trip just got better as we travelled to Aswan, Abu Simble, Nile Cruise, Luxor and Hurghada. I would not hesitate to recommend them especially to those with a family, we had two young children and so it was important that we were picked up on time, hotels were of our expected standard.
At each destination the representative were fantastic. Thorougly enjoyable trip and will go back to Egypt with this operator except next time we will take our extended family and friends.

Myself & 2 female friends bookedfor a 2 week trip to Egypt, we flew into Cario, was there for one day then got an overnite train to Aswan, did a 3 day cruise to Luxor, stayed in Luxor for 2 nights then with to Hugrada for 4 nights then it was back to Cairo for 2 more nights.
Overall the holiday was excellent, I would highly recommend using this operator to my family & friends. We found all our tour guides excellent and very knowledgeable in the area that they were in, they were also so helpful to us with small things. All hotels we stayed in were very comfortable & nice, the only thing was with 3 in a room some rooms were a bit small.
I would have no hesitation recommending Egypt or the operator to anyone.

I am delighted to give feedback as we had a wonderful time in Egypt which was definitely due to the outstanding care shown to us by the staff . As we had booked this trip privately through the internet we were taken to the many venues of the tour in private vehicles with our own guide and driver and the details and organisation was taken care of by representatives of the operator in all the places that we stayed.
We were very impressed by the historical and cultural knowledge and English skills of everyone involved and delighted by their friendly and caring attitude. We couldn't have had a better experience and would like to thank everyone involved.
Egypt is an amazing place to visit for its wealth of history and modern, chaotic, lifestyle. To be able to visit ancient pyramids one day and snorkel in the red sea the next is an experience not to be missed. We were so glad to have booked with this operator as the whole experience was so personal but not intrusive. The hotels were all excellent, particularly the winter palace in Luxor, and the price was amazingly reasonable.

I thoroughly enjoyed my trip to Egypt. I went with three other people and the personalized treatment we received was wonderful. They created a tailor-made trip to suit our needs. We were in a van instead of a large bus load of people for most of our excursions in Cairo, Luxor, and the Red Sea.
Our tour guide, Rasha, and our driver, Iman, in Cairo were fantastic! Rasha was very knowledgeable and both were so friendly and helpful.
I would recommend traveling with this operator to my friends and will continue to use Africa Guide when I take my next trip, hopefully to Africa next December.
