Comment: Before our trip we have to admit that we were a little nervous since your operation lesser-known that some of the massive tour operators in the area. However, from the moment we met the team in Arusha, it was clear we had made the right decision and were in for the trip of a lifetime.

Our tour guide, Apollo, was a complete joy to spend time with. He was very knowledgable of the local wildlife and customs and was eager to share his knowledge with us. He was extremely accommodating during the trip - allowing us to stop at any time for any reason and enjoy the trip on our own pace. When three different ATMs in Mtu Wambu happened to be broken, he even lent us cash to hold us over for the next couple days before we could return to a working ATM...incredible.

Our Chef ("Stomach Doctor"), Abu, was equally enjoyable to be around and always had a smile on his face. His food was delicious and provided great comfort after long days on Safari. When we specially requested Banana Pancakes for our final breakfast, Abu happily obliged and made the best Banana Pancakes we'd ever had.

If given the chance to return, we would gladly use this tour operator again and would specifically request the services of Apollo and Abu. We will be recommending your tours to all of our friends. Thank you so much for providing an incredible life changing experience.

Comment: Our Safari through Tanzania was an enjoyable & memorable experience.

The service provided was very good. Our tour leader, Partson could find a needle in a haystack & found animals for us that we sometimes had to use binoculars to first see & he did this whilst driving the 4 wheel vehicle at the same time.

Our days in the field lasted 8-9 hours a day & we were picked up punctually each day. We were able to photograph animals at very close range.

Comment: I am pleased to submit my feedback upon completion of the trip of our children having The Great Serengeti Migration Trail tour.

They enjoy it very much. Hopefully I'll get an essay of my daughter about trip. They are fond of Tanzania, African nature, company's staff and especially meals.

Meanwhile from my part I want to acknowledge:

1. Perfect co-operation with Edgar and in spite of I am usually paranoid I TRUSTED him.

2. I have got very valuable advises about travell arrangement via Nairobi and shuttle bus.

3. Excellent communication discipline. Most of replies I got within a few hours since enquired. Replies were honest and accurate.

4. Very flexible operation with all communicational means: e-mail, fax, telephone, SMS.

I do love such companies like this operator and such a managers as Edgar. Thank God I stuck to them from the beginning :)

Thank you also for kind assistance and care.

Sincerely yours,
Yuriy Kulyev
