We have completed an special holiday for 5 great days in Egypt.It was wonderful. 12 November was our 25th wedding annevarsary. I have planned this tour as a surprise for my wife.
Services proved by the operaotr was more than satisfactory.
They have collected us from airport,in Cairo and they have guided us for 3 days.We have stayed Hotel Zoserwhich was an acceptable 4 star.Wednesday night ,12 november just the date they have organized a cruise dinner.But more than my expactation they have provided roses for my wife and a cake,which we have cut on the stage.
Then they took us to Alexanderia Renaissance Hotel for a night.Up to noon time they have arranged a tour for some historical places.Next day they have taken us to Port Said,HotelHennan.Last they they took us back to cairo Airport.on the way back also we have passed through Peace Bridge and come back.
It was lovely holiday.

I just want to to send a message to make sure that I gave proper compliments to Resha and Ayman. My trip and time spent in Cairo was very enjoyable and I owe it all to their company, knowledge and friendship. They showed me things that I had only dreamed of seeing previously and took the time to introduce me to some local culture that went beyond the normal tourist items.
I will remember my trip and time with them forever and will certainly recommend the company (and their guidance) to anyone I know who is considering a trip to Egypt in the future.

Almaz and I would like to thank you and everyone in your company for everything that everyone did for us to make our trip a totally awesome one!
From meeting us at the airport with a sign that had our name on it, getting us to our hotel, to expert driving skills in Egypt, great food, very friendly people everywhere we went, to the Nile River Dinner Cruise, it could not have been better.
Our tour guide, Rasha Fathy was the best! We had a great time traveling around with her and our driver Aymen.

The operator gave us a good service in a general point of view. They were kind and fulfilled all the proposed schedules.
My friend and me only didn't like that our touristic guide charged us a lot more than the real cost is, for the camel ride on the pyramids and for some meals. However, I think that is only problem of the touristic guide and not problem of the tourism company.
I congratulate you for your homepage and for your interest in improving your service by using the feedback of your clients.
Tour Operators Reply:
Mr Mauricio and his friend took the Camel Rides for 1 hour and half and they paid 100 Egyptian Pound per person (approx 17 US Dollars). We do not feel it is expensive, the published rates for half an hour is 50 Egyptian pound. They paid directly, our guide did not take the money from the clients.
Our program is not including the meals but we invite them on the first day and second day for the Lunch and the last day they paid for themselves 50 Egyptian pound per person for an open buffet, again as this works out to be about 9 US Dollars, I do not feel it is expensive.

I have got good email responses from the tour operator. They were very help to tailor additional itenerary for the addtional days.
We ended up very satisfied with their tour guides Ms. Rasha Fathy & Mr. Ainan who shown us the various attractions. They arrived timely and used good comfortable vehicle to carry us, and most important of all is their friendliness & courtesy.

I T I N E R A R Y
Day 01: Arrive Cairo International Airport meet and assist by our steward with the sign of your name and assisting you through passport control formalities, luggage identification & portage then drivering you by air-conditioned private Limousine to your hotel in where you will be assisted by our steward for check-in. Overnight in Cairo.
Day 02: Breakfast at hotel, then visit Egyptian Museum contains the largest & finest collection of pharaonic antiquities in the world, the Egyptian Museum where 100.000 piece dating from 4000 years are exhibited including the treasure of king Tutankhamon.
Then visit the great Pyramids & Sphinx one of the seven wonders of the ancient World.On the way to the Temple of the Valley, (of the pyramid of Kephren), lies the large statue of the Sphinx. It is one of most famous monuments in the whole world. It is, indeed, a legendary statue for it has the body of lion and the face of a man. It is 70 ms long and 20 ms high. drive back to your hotel. Overnight in Cairo.
Day 03: Breakfast at hotel, free at leisure p-m optional tours E.V. Dinner cruise on the Nile with around 2 hours cruising on the Nile including international buffet dinner belly dancer & folkloric show. drive back to your hotel. Overnight in Cairo
