The organising of the tour was very good, I really have no complaints about the tour team. Lamia, Fouad, the tour guide and the driver were very helpful, friendly and kind.
There were just two matters that bothered us. I don't know if you have any say in things concerning the bus, but we would appreciated it if they could accomodate tourists with english videos and not only arabic ones. Six hours is a long time to listen to words (noises) and you cant understand a thing. The bus did not stop on our way back and the toilet was unusuable, so that was not very comfortable also.
The other matter is the Cataract resort where we stayed in Sharm. The advertisement created high expectations of our accomodation when 4 and 5 star hotels are advertised. But room 615 in that resort was rather 2 or 3 star accomodation. The bathroom door could not close properly, there were just towels available at night, the plasic toiletseat do not fit on the bowl and the shower was a disaster. The bathroomfloor after showering was wet and I must say the room looked a bit weared down. Even in the diningroom where the tables for the food are, you have a view on the entrances to the kitchen and that was not clean at all. We have just one meal there. When we need to confirm our flyingtickets back, the people at the reservationdesk were not helpful at all and after 5hours of struggeling, we found that my daughters tickets were cancelled. Lamia came to our rescue.

We booked for them at the best Bus (super jet) from Sharm to Cairo. The buses from Sharm to Cairo are for Egyptians and foreigners, so the videos are in Arabic. Usually the bus must stop 2 times on the road so if the bus did not stop on they way back it is not normal. Unfortunately, we do not have any control over the bus ( it is not private bus)
* Regarding their room at the hotel in Sharm, if they made a contact with me at the time I could have tried to arrange to change the room with the hotel to the best one.

We had a wonderful time in Egypt. It had a kind of rough start with the tourist visas and payment, but once we got that all straightened out we had a blast.
We where skeptical about visiting a middle eastern country but were pleasantly surprised that the people accepted us and welcomed us. Our tour guides made it even better by explaining things along the way. We especially enjoyed Sharm el Sheikh.

We had the most wonderful holiday in Egypt. Everything ran smoothly! The tours, the accommadation and the food were all great! Everything was well organised and we could not have asked for anything else. Our driver and tour guide were fantastic and the guide was very knowledgeable!
All in all we had a great time and our holiday in Egypt will be well remembered.

day 01: Arrive Cairo Airport to be met and assisted by our representative. He will meet you inside airport with sign of your name and he will assist you throw passport control formalities, luggage identification & portage then you will transfer by air-conditioned coach to your hotel, check in & overnight in Cairo
day 02: Breakfast at hotel, meet with tour guide to visit Egyptian Museum then visit the Pyramids & Sphinx one of the seven wonders of the ancient World, drive back to your hotel. Overnight in cairo.
day 03 : After taking breakfast at the hotel you transfer to airport to fly to sharm Sharm El Sheikh. Arrival and transfer to your hotel in Sharm. Dinner, overnight
day 04, 05 and 06 : Breakfast is provided at the at hotel. You have the next few days to relax on the beach or for the more active take part in some of the many leisure activities on offer, scuba diving, snorkelling, boats rides, etc. Dinner is included.
