We used this operator for Amman, Petra, Cairo, and Luxor. Overall we were pleased with the service,and the flexibility.
The driver in Jordan was excellent, and answered all our questions.He took us to a nice restaurant in Petra. The Grand View hotel had a grand view but with no hot water and no bar open, it was not our favourite hotel after walking all day around Petra.
On arrival in Cairo, our pickup man suggested we needed to pay more to fill in the day in Cairo. We feel this would have been better to bring up before we left home. Even after paying more to include the citadel in the tour, we still had a few hours to kill after the pyramids before we took the sleeper train. Our guide located a nice café which was appreciated.
The guide in Luxor was excellent although we had difficulty getting into our room at the Iberotel at 2pm. Doing the Valley of the Kings and Karnak and Luxor temples after the train ride was too much in the heat for one day.
The balloon ride on the second day was a highlight. We had prepaid for lunch and decided to relax in the excellent hotel grounds. The food was good but the service very slow. In the evening we did the Karnak sound and light.
Considering we did a lot in 4 days, we believe Ms Lamia did a fine job in coordinating everything.

They are reliable and punctual in their pick-ups and transfers. The staff was cooperative and willing to alter prog itenerary as per our requirements. The guides were well informed. The Boat cruise they arranged with Presidential Cruise Company was a pleasant expereince. The Cruise chef also catered to our special meal requirements.
All in all it was a memorable service experience.

Through our contact, Lamia, I was able to book a customized tour for my parents and myself that included a few nights in Cairo/Giza, a train ride down to Aswan, a trip to Abu Simble, a 4 day nile cruise up to Luxor (with stops at Kom Ombo and Edfu) sightseeing in Luxor and a train ride back to Cairo/Giza. Along the way we were able to add optional excursions such as a sound and light show at the Pyramids and hot air ballooning in Luxor.
We thought everything was very well planned, and we felt very looked out for. The guides were wonderful and sweet people, and knowledgeable Egyptologists, especially Marwa, our guide in Luxor, and Racha, our guide in Cairo was a wonderful and amazing person.
No one related to the tour asked us for any type of tips and we felt that the guides and drivers were genuinely concerned about the experience we were having.
As a recommendation, I think it would be helpful to have a list of the possible additional excursions so that you know what you can choose from and can select them (and pay for them) earlier on.
Other than that, I would recommend the operator to all my friends and acquaintances for trips to Egypt.

I had an a very memorable and enjoyable tour of Egypt and the operator took care of all aspects of my trip very efficiently. All staff and guides were very friendly, knowledgeable and ensured my stay in Egypt was most rewarding.
The feedback for improvement that I have is that it would be helpful if other sightseeing options not included in the "standard" tour are mentioned (as possible additions to the tour) and costed to enable the traveller, if he/she chooses to see them, to budget for it. For example there were many places of interest in and around Luxor not covered by the standard tour such as the Valley of the Queens, the temple complex of Medinat Habu etc that I visited at an extra cost that I was only made aware of then.

Our trip to Egypt was fantastic.
The tour put together exceeded our expectations. All of the identified items in the tour were provided as detailed, with no exceptions. The staff under the guidance of Lamia, is focused on service. We were always meet exactly as promised and the staff took care of everything as required.
Some of the surprises included having our tours in Cairo provided by a single minivan and dedicated guide for our small six person group. The personal attention was great and made the trip that much more special.
What most impressed me was their flexibility. They will build any tour to met your needs and budget. They even were very accommodating with a few changes we made for our last day.
Again, service was key. What is most surprising, is this is a very affordable company providing a product that is as good as companies charging twice as much. Thanks again.

The trip was excellent with great value for money.
The tour operator and guides were friendly and very professional and made sure all the details were taken care of.
At every point of the trip from Cairo, to Luxor for Aswan we were met at the transit points and taken great care of. The highlight was the cruise down the Nile from Luxor to Aswan, its a must do trip with lots of food, fun and trips.
This operator comes highly recommended they get 10 out of 10 for personalized service and going the extra mile to make sure we had a good time.
