Our 4 day camping safari was excellent.
Traveling to and from the reserve consumed two of the days, but the other two days were a marvel. Sleeping in a tent was balanced out with excellent meals cooked by Hamad. In retrospect, I should have taken along a good 10,000 shillings for shopping, etc.
I appreciated very much the detail and care with which the operator arranged the Safari

Itinerary
Day 1: Drive from Nairobi o Maasai Mara 1000 Hrs. Pick up from Nairobi and drive to Maasai Mara National Reserve offering wonderful scenery and plenty of game. It is perhaps the only region left in Kenya where the visitor may see animals in the same super-abundance as existed a century ago. Stopover at the famous great Rift valley view point. Lunch will be provided enroute to Maasai Mara. Arrive Mara in the evening and check in at your tented camp site. Dinner and overnight at your campsite.
Day 2: Maasai Mara Breakfast and have a full day game drive at Maasai Mara reserve. Return to your lodge late in the evening. Dinner and overnight at your campsite.
Day 3: Maasai Mara 0630 Hrs. Early morning game drive at Maasai Mara. Later return to your camp for breakfast. Relax at Leisure. Lunch at your campsite and proceed for an afternoon game drive. Return late in the evening. Dinner and overnight at your campsite.
Day 4: Drive from Maasai Mara to Nairobi and depart 0630 hrs early morning game drive in the reserve. Late breakfast will be provided. Drive back to Nairobi, Kenya's colorful capital city. Drop off at your Nairobi hotel.
