Tanzania Cycling Tour from Lushoto to Bagamoyo

Day one: Lushoto – Lukozi - Rangwi – 45km
Sight scenery:
Rain forests, traditional villages, good landscape.
-Nature of the road- all dirt with up and down hill.
-Dinner and camping at Rangwi.

Day two: Rangwi – Mtae - Jiwe la Mungu-47km
Sight scenery:
Traditional villages, view points at Mtae, “the World View Point” then Jiwe la Mungu(God’s foot print)
-Nature of the road- all dirt with up and down hill
-Dinner and overnight at Gologolo campsite

Day three: Jiwe la Mungu – Mkuzu – Soni – Bumbuli - 58km
Sight scenery:
Tropical rain forest, view points, traditional villages, waterfall, tea plantations.
-Nature of the road- all dirty with up and down hill
-Dinner and overnight at Bumbuli campsite

Day four: Bumbuli - Mpalalu or Matawanda-40km
Sight scenery:
-Traditional villages with spectacular views, tea plantations, tropical rain forest
-Nature of the road- all dirt with up and down hill
-Dinner and camping at Mpalalu/Matawanda village.

Day five: Mpalalu - Amani. 30km.
Sight scenery:
-Traditional villages with amazing views,
-Amani Nature reserve
-Amani Tea Plantations,botanical garden,Tea Factory,village and butterfly farming tour.
-Nature of the road- all dirt with up and down hill
-Dinner and overnight at Zigi Rest house,in Amani.

Day six: Amani – Muheza - Pangani. 60km.
Sight scenery:
- Nature of terrine: Down hill to Muheza and flats all the way to Pangani.
- Activities in Pangani:(On request)
- Snorkeling, historical and cultural tour in Pangani.
- Dinner and overnight in Pangani.

Day seven: Pangani - Saadani 48km.
Sight scenery:
-Villages and part game drive (wildlife) and biking before enter the National Park.
-Dinner and overnight in Saadani.

Day eight: Saadani - Bagamoyo
Sight scenery:
-Game drive, and wildlife.(30 km drive,25 km biking to Bagamoyo)
-Dinner and overnight in Bagamoyo.
-Historical town of Bagamoyo.
-Kaole Ruins.
-Slave trade.

Day nine: Bagamoyo - Dar. 55km
Sight scenery:
-Nature of terrine,
-Mix of flat, gentle up and down slope.
-Dinner and overnight in Dar.

Day ten: -leave Dar
Price Includes:
- Supporting vehicle from Lushoto to Dar
- All catering.
- Mountain bikes and helmet.
- Service of English speaking guides.
- Accommodation - camping and lodge.
- Game drive in Saadani.
