Meet and Greet – arrival day
You will be transferred from Joburg airport by our preferred road operator who will transfer you to the Kruger to meet your guide and chef.
You will be settled into your accommodation and then onto our open-sided safari game viewing vehicle for your first memorable game drive conducted by Neil and your introduction to the world-famous Kruger National Park.
Satara/ Rudi Frankel Guest House (restcamp/northern Kruger)
8 TO 10 SEPTEMBER 2018 (2 NIGHTS)
Situated in an excellent game viewing area, Satara has relatively open bushland and the game is plentiful and diverse. Satara camp itself has a rustic charm, with the accommodation set out in a series of circles. Satara camp is well wooded and the bird-life is prolific. At night, the clink of fruit bats is fused with the chirping of cicadas and crickets. Owls and nightjars add to the symphony that is punctuated by the whoop of hyena, the screech of jackal and the roar of lion.
Accommodation consists of one of 5 en-suite bedroom cottage with two beds (includes fresh linen and towels) within the Rudi Frankel Guest House.
Pretoriuskop Restcamp (south western Kruger) Pierre Joubert Guest House
10 TO 12 SEPTEMBER 2018 (2 NIGHTS)
Accommodation consists of a private guest house in Pretoriuskop camp that consists of three stand alone bedroom units that are serviced (fresh linen and towels) and consist of private en-suite bedroom cottages that each sleep 4 people. One bedroom has two single beds and the lounge has two bench beds.
Great care has been taken to preserve the natural vegetation in the camp area, which comprises Malelane Mountain Bushveld (woodland), attracting a variety of grazers. The area hosts white rhino, kudu, impala, giraffe, elephant, reedbuck, klipspringer, grey rhebok and warthog. Leopard and wild dog are regularly seen in the region.
On your last day after breakfast and a gamedrive you will be collected and transferred back to Joburg airport.
Return road transfers from Nelspruit airport to Kruger return.
All accommodation in private en-suite family cottages in two locations (fresh linen and towels).

All breakfasts, dinners, gamedrive snacks and refreshments courtesy of your own private hospitality chef.
Refreshments include: South African wine, beer, bottled water and fresh juice.
All safari activities as per itinerary (including two game drives a day and a morning guided bush walk).
