African Tribes
There are so many different people
groups and tribes across the continent of Africa - with their culture varying
from tribe to tribe. We have made a start on this section by including
information on the Amhara, Bobo, Bushmen/San, Dogon, Fang, Fulani, Maasai,
Pygmies, Samburu, Senufo, Wolof, Yoruba and Zulu - more will be added each
month, so keep checking back

maintained by oral tradition and that are stylistically distinct from the music
and dance of both the Arabic cultures of North Africa and the Western settler
