Hi Dee, Whats your budget range? Most furnished place around westlands, waiyaki way range from 100,000 for a 1br to 180,000+ for a 3 Bedroom furnished flat. If you're looking for affordable try Madaraka estate. You can use Mbagathi road or Uhuru highway to get to Westlands in 10 to 20 minutes and the rental prices are much better. 60K to 85k for a two bedroom. hi Deaglan and all, There's a new area called Isinya. Its dry Masai land about an hour from Nairobi but there is good population growth. we have 10 acres going for GBP262,244.0000 Total.
