There is almost always land for sale I Zambia. I see adverts in the media almost on a daily basis and I have helped a few acquire land. In the issue of African law regarding land purchasing, I don't really think there is a universal African law for that. Hello Linus I may not be sure what business model you wanna use but if you're able to find a yard in Lusaka, Kitwe or Nolan (all in Zambia) I can guarantee you success. There is currently a shift among the high earners from Japanese vehicles to European brand's and those few that have set up have regretted not. To just say Africa is way too general for a continent with over 50 sovereign countries with different rules and laws governing them. I suggest you identify a country you have interest in. There is plenty of land in zambia up for grabs. That is my country though I live in Canada now. I have managed to aquire 2000 Hectares of land in the Southern province. As to which part of zambia is good for farming, I guess it entirely depends on what kind of farming your are engaged in.
