Money Sending options

Hi everybody,
My friend in Kenya is asking to send him some cash for her hospital bill, traditional westernunion is somewhat expensive, I don't wand to send by bank (bad experience sending to Africa) anybody knows another way?

Tried tuma-pesa.com, delivery was after 30 minutes I saved about 11 euro. They send via mpesa only things to fill in are name and telephone number of the receiver in Kenya, very easy.

just go to western union give out the mobile number of the person you want to sent money and he/she will get in seconds
