Hi Joe: I will need your help at some point in time regarding taking birth certificate to the Portuguese Emabssy. I'm struggling to get a copy of my husbands birth certificate from Tanzania so if you know of anyone in Tanzania who can help, I would really appreciate it. Thanks! Ally
