I remember I replied to you a couple of weeks ago, yet my post has not been published
. Anyway, for learning Arabic, you can hit the American University in Cairo (AUC) at Tahrir square, however it maybe a bit expensive. There are other cheaper educational centres if expense is a concern to you.
As for accomodation and job, you can easily share a flat with a group of expats in Zamalek district, or rent a small flat all alone. If you indicate your requirements in this concern, I might be of help to you.
Job? hmm... Let's give it a try to post you updated resume on recruitment sites and keep an eye on daily newspapers.
