i want to move to egypt to work

hello i am english deaf woman and i want to move to egypt to work there and that reason i want to move cos i visit 5 time in 3 yrs and i really want to live there and work there, can anyone help me me ??? i know it hard cos i am deaf but i am hard-working and love to help peoples.
