Buying a house for investment Advice

Hi
I am not from Egypt but thinking to invest 250,000 L.E in buying a property (house or flat) and rent it, but I don't know if this is a good idea and how much rent that will make?
and is it possible to get the rent direct to the bank account without being there?
Any advices appreciated in advance, thank u.

I am working in real estate in hurghada, Egypt
And we own a project called Queen Manta in down town of hurghada city and the prices of the apartments of this building less than 250,000 L.E
And you can pay in terms on 2 years and it’s a very good investment if you know how much prices get increase in hurghada and all the red sea cities like sharm el sheikh.
It’s a perfect rentable area in hurghada all over the year because it’s located in down town and also 100 m from the beach.

MilkAndTea beware when you are already decided to buy a property in Egypt. There are some buildings that have poor quality techniques when it is still on its building process. Some builders construct without any form of cross bracing for as many stories.

Consider also this, the fact that the entire fledgling real estate industry is built on tourism makes Egypt property primarily appear likely to a right investment. Certainly, as tourism numbers get higher and higher and all the amazing developments of buildings are built and sold, so those who will acquire the property will be able to let to the tourists going in Egypt and the investor gain profit right? The answer is yes and no. Consider all hotels in Egypt. Fact is most tourists still prefer hotels because of their facilities and conveniences.

250 000 EGP will not bring you any thing to invest specially in properties , try to but a small shop or a car to rent it for travel business this is better

And also I think u mean renting the property out can be used mostly to tourists but in case u rent it to Egyptians u have to live there for some reasons.

MilkAndTea hello again! Only yesterday when I reviewed my Australian employer’s investments profile I found that he acquired a 4-bedroom apartment in Sharm El Sheikh. That was last year and according to what I saw the property is ongoing on its rental activities since he acquired it. Here’s the site, maybe it would also give you an idea www.egyptventure.co.uk. But still be aware of what I said in my previous post, have a careful study on the buildings that you are interested in.

at first 250000 le is not a fortun ,second if you don't know egyptian market and egyptian mentality i advice you don't start any project nowdays ,
but if you insist to start a project , you can buy a flat wich is fully furnitued and rent it to forigners , the good place is maaddi , and misr elgedidiah
