Moving to Bots

Hello,
My husband and I would like to move to Botswana in the beginning of November 2007. We have been searching for employment ( he is a heavy duty mechanic and I teach children with special needs) for months and haven't come up with much. Does anyone know how to go about finding employment in Botswana from overseas?It would be nice to secure employment before we arrive. Any tips you could provide would be greatly appreciated.

I have a few ideas for you and your husband: My cousin lives in a five bedroomed house 30 minutes drive from a school that is looking for teachers and one minute walk from an expanding business that might be looking for a mechanic.
