game lodge investment

I am looking to invest in a game lodge/ reserve in SA or botswana . I have been considering Limpopo lipadi . I would like a partner buy a share with me or look at forming a syndicate to buy a lodge/ farm else where . Any comments or suggestions most welcome . I have been looking at this for 2 years now and am serious in this venture .

I am from Pakistan, around 60 yrs of age, educated and hve vast business experience. I saw ur listing on africaguide.com for buying a LODGE or FARM etc in BOTSWANA and got interested because I too am looking for such a chance to join or establish some small business in an african country.

However for this purpose I do not have big investment available. But I can contribute in the legal /legitimate and paying business. Pls let me have your idea, your experience and what amount of money (minium) you think we both should contribute to purchase a small LODGING HOUSE in Botswana and what will be our legal status over there.

I am the majority shareholder of a safari company in Arusha, organizing safaris, Kilimanjaro climbs and Zanzibar holidays. Besides the headquarter premises in Arusha, including office rooms, store rooms, vehicle workshop and directors' house, our company also owns some plots near national parks for construction of a safari lodge/camp, and beach plots alongside the Indian Ocean for constructing a beach hotel.

I have been living in Tanzania for a long time, but must now return back home in Europe for family reasons. I am therefore looking to sell my shares in the company.
