Residential Rent Information Cotonou

I appreciate any help with finding a 2-3 bedroom medium-upscale accomodation in Cotonou, Benin for short term rent, say 6 months to 1 year. I have new work opportunities that will require up to 2 weeks or 1 month stay and I will have my wife and child with me. I prefer a private residential arrangement instead of hotel/hostel bookings etc

I recommend you, to come first to Cotonou and then look around, what is available. There are many different sort of residencies, usually starting @ about 400'000 FCFA for a house with garden.

You may find apartments from 150'000 FCFA up always per month. Usually they ask for a deposit of at least three month!
