Famine

We are two young school girls who wish to help in any way we can. We think that sending a supply of food to Ethiopia would be a good idea but we are not sure how to go about this and what types of food would be appreciated so we need any information possible.

Hi! A friend of mine and I spent the summer of 1998 in Ethiopia and we're going back again this summer... if you have the chance, GO THERE! It's great... if not, you could send food (nonperishables), clothing, etc. to the Society of International Ministries... they are very good at distributing donations to people in need. Let me know if you'd like the address. Sending stuff to Ethiopia is very expensive, so keep this in mind!
