Accomodation in Livingstone

From Northern Europe: We will be working at a hospital in Livingstone for some weeks/months this spring -07.
Are looking for modest, but clean and SAFE accomodation not too far from the hospital.

Has been recommended a place called Jollyboys, does anyone know if this is an ok place to stay? What is the cost of living in Livingstone? How much should we reckon per night/week/month, approximately? (Talking of rent of house, + normal food expenses)
