starting a clothing manufacturing company in tanzania

hi i want to start a small clothing manufacturing company with employees starting 15-20 people in tanzania.
can anyone tell me how much it will cost me and if they know anyone who sell 100%cotton fabric and industrial sewing machines such as juki or brother models in the country?
