We have 176 acres of farrm for sale. located at Ruaha
Mbuyuni - Iringa. The farm has title deed and modern Irrigation
equipments fitted in May 2011 for 13 acres. It is located at Ruaha
Mbuyuni village on Morogoro-Iringa highway. Mikumi National Park is 90
minutes away and Udzungwa National Park is 2hours away. The farm is
500m from Tarmac Road and connected to the Great Ruaha River (water

Small scale farmers planting onions, tomatoes, capsicum, garlic,
maize, millet are located in the surrounding areas of the village
making it easier to increase the size of the farm and provides source
of full time/casual labors for the farm.
