Birth Certificate

I was born in Pietermaritzburg (SA) but moved back to Holland when I was 3. I need my original birth certificate to get married but am finding it near impossible to find anybody who can help (I have been trying for the last 8months!) and I am now starting to consider flying out to SA...!

Is there anyone here who can help please?

My brother and I are having similar problems, as we left South Africa young, and they are asking for a Entry number now. How did it finaly go getting your birth certificate.
