IMHO, it's the Philippines. The Philippines is an archipelago and is endowed with a lot of very nice beaches. Best to check out Pagudpud and Boracay for its really nice scenery, Siargao for its waves, Palawan for its pristine beauty and to checkout the subterranean river which is a UNESCO site and Bohol for its beaches and other sceneries.
