Living & Working in Seychelles

Hello,
I am South African & my boyfriend has citizenship here in SA as well, he is Swiss-German. We would like to own & run a guesthouse in Seychelles or Mauritius.
Can anayone give me info as to what we need to do & if you know of any guesthouses on the beach for sale.
