Trying to find Charis Cordelia Deysel or married name Craemer

If anyone out there could help me i would be most appreciative. I lost contact with Charis when i moved to the UK in 2000 and would love to get hold of her. I am living in Banbury in Oxfordshire, divorced with my two boys and working for Vodafone UK.
