Need directives

Please i am a Camerounian living now in Togo-lome and have a valueable passport and want to travel to Namibia.There is no Namibian embassy here but in Ghana.Do i need to obtain Ghanaian visa before going to the embassy.If so which kind,transit or permanent or others.
Incase there are other ways kindly inform me.
