buying or leasing land in vilanculos/inhambane, mozambique

Hi, I am looking to invest in Mozambique, Vilanculos or Inhambane areas. I am looking for beachfront land to lease and develop into a holiday lodge / resort. Alternatively a cheap ex back packers lodge which could be developed into something more would also be of interest. I am coming to Mozambique in November 2010 to do some research and try to line up some viewings of leases / lodges for sale but I am currently based in the UK (although originally from South Africa) so I'm not sure where to start in terms of getting contacts etc. Any help would be appreciated! Have you had any feed back? I am currently in the same position and looking to open up a small lodge\backpackers in the tofo\inhambane area. I am finding it very difficult to find agents or the like to view properties.

I am currently developing a resort in the Guinjata area of Mozambique. There are currently 4 units an I am looking for an equity investor to build the rest of the units as well as new restaurant/reception, clubhouse etc.
