I have a few investors that are looking for someone that own coastal land (legal) ( prefer company) in Mozambique that wants to develop it into a resort. We want to build each 2 Chalets and other facilities that can be rent out by the owners/managers , Pemba area would be our first choice, but all areas are welcome. Hi Boela, I have 2ha close by Guijata Bay - about 4km from Guinjata Resort. The property was registered in a Lda as required by law. All documentation is in place with NO SHORTCUTS AT ALL. I have 2 pieces of land in the Vilankulo/Ihassoro region overlooking the islands of the Bazaruto Archipeligeo. The one piece is 3 ha and the other 30 ha.

Both pieces are legal and registered in companies.

I also have beach properties at Macaneta just north of Maputo (120ha) and Inhambane (5 ha).
