CAMPSITES in BAZARUTO

Hi, We are going to Mozambique in October (2006) and just recently found out some bad news, that Gabriel's Lodge on Benguerra is closed for renovations and will be opening only as an expensive new resort. Does anyone know if there are other campsites available in the Bazaruto Archipelago? Any information would be greatly appreciated!
We are planning Maputo, Imambhane, Vilankulo, Bazaruto, Beira, Nampula, Ile Mozambique, Pemba, Ibo, Palma and then up into Tanzania. Any helpful hints? Thanks!

there are plenty of opptions in vilancoulos for places to stay. try wwf marine conservation and they might put you up for free?? as they are currently doing a programme on manatis and turtles
