Travelling in Mozambique

Hi All,

We're planning a trip to Mozambique in December and realize that we won't be able to do much seeing that we don't have a 4x4. Do you perhaps have any suggestions of places to camp/stay within a 300km of Maputo that does not require a 4x4?

Also, what are the roads like in general?
