properties to rent in agadir

hi my friend is going out to agadir at the end of this month for three months, she is wondering how easy will it be to find a property to rent, what costs is she looking at , basically she is just wanting something for herself with room to accomodate guests too, an apartment would be fine.., how does she go about looking into this.
