Please help me with some informations about divorce!

Hello my name is khadija,
I hope this message finds you well,
In 2011 my fiancé was married to a British woman, they tied their knot (akht)in Morocco, and he moved to live with her in the UK, then a couple years later their relationship didn't work and they decided to divorce , so they did the divorce In Morocco, he told me that he didn't registered his marriage in the U.K. And he never signed any kind of papers there.
So we really don't know, does he need to divorce his ex-wife in the U.K. Too or the Moroccan divorce is enough for the British embassy ? Because He wants me to move with him to the U.K. After our marriage.
Please help me.
