How are Moroccan Marriages Registered - Is there a central registration system?

Hi, bit of a random question, but I hope someone can help.

How can I find out if somebody has married in Morocco? (two Moroccan nationals). Presumably, there is a central system for registering marriages? in the UK, all marriages are registered at the General Register Office, and anyone can apply (by paying a fee) to get a copy of a marriage certificate. These documents are in the public domain. Can anybody tell me how it works in Morroco? is there one central (e.g. national register) of all marriages? I need to find out if a marriage has taken place. I'd be very grateful for any advice. Thanks
