Divorce in Morocco

Hi all..
My friend has met a man in Morocco & they want to get married asap.
He says he is divorced but he never picked up a copy of his decree absolute. Obviously he cant remarry without it.
He tells her it will cost about £1000 to get it.. Seems a lot to me.. Can anyone tell me if thats correct? Cheers xx

Yes It's true,I did my divorce documentation whiles I was schooling at Henley Business School with the help of a Moroccan lawyer.I hope yours will also goes well.
