Wanting to move to morocco to be with my boyfriend

Hi I am a uk woman wanting to move to morocco to be with my boyfriend but need to know how i can get my medical supplies out to me as i have an ileostomy. and if there is anyone who has an english business out there and need english workers. I would be grateful for anyone to give me any information as i want to spend my life with my moroccon boyfriend im 38 now and wanting to do this soon but dont now how to get started.
