buying in Taghazout
July 20, 2006 12:46PM
I have made an offer on an apartment in Taghazhout, it has been accepted and I am travelling out there next week. I am arranging payment via BIC/SWIFT bank transfer to the estate agent's account. Can anyone tell me if this is normal practice or I being incredibly naive? I would really like to employ an English speaking solictor in Agadir. HELP!!

Hi ,If you are buying property in Morocco Do not pay the agency The notary do .He will be responsible For any Problems as If the house still in mortgage or still occupied The notary is like solicitors You will pay him and he will do the research for you for any problems make sure you chose one yourself ,
All the best
