for the flat at volmar its going to be expensive. You have a small touristic village there where a flat can cost you 6000 MUR . and this is very rare. THe average you can get is 9000 MUR . i tell you its expensive and for your salary its difficult.

Normally sameer . A head of security is in of charge of all security related material of the hotel. Furthermore . An important factor is you have to treat the guests well. So whatever type of conflict arises , You should keep your calm and solve the issues. Dont forget the hospitality field is a very delicate one world wide. So the Image is everything.. the guests are there to relax, so keep them relaxed.
Mauritians are very nice , yet proud also . if you follow certain work ethics like "do not mingle too much about their lives" or else they will be close to you and then, you will lose credibility.
Even if you are in a foreign country , you have to be well prepared to keep up your standing as the entire hotel responsibility lies in your hand.
Police people are like in every country. There is a special branch of Tourism Police Patrol who are here for emergency. Their Response time is very high as the security of tourists is very important. So Keep good relationship with them will help you in your tasks.
