I am looking for a house with about 4 bedrooms (good sizes)/bathrooms (one bath tub), a large living room (about 45 sq metres or more), a dining room (or very large living room), a modern and large kitchen, good-sized pool and garden. Should be in excellent condition and near shops, etc.
Partially furnished is OK if furniture is modern (kitchen with fridge/freezer, oven/range)
Minimum two years - starting in March
