Investing in Malawi

Investors / partners are wanted for a tourist lodge in Lilongwe. Land and Lake Safaris have been granted the concession to build a tourist lodge in the centre of Lilongwe in the Nature Sanctuary - an area fronted by a stream and surrounded by endemic vegetation. There are small mammals present and the birdlife is prolific. I would be interested in hearing more about what sort of investment you are looking for and how many partners you plan on taking on. Also, any other info you have about what your plans are for the lodge. From what I remember the accomadations option in lilongwe were limited.
