Advice on exporting cars to Malawi

I have well established car business in the UK and want to export secondhand cars to Malawi for re sale. Can someone advise me on the duty and how does a foreigner register a business in Malawi.

The best way is through the Malawi Investment promotion Agency
[www.malawi-invest.net] and the duty check out [www.mra.mw]
We have no major second-hand car sellers but large competition will come from individuals and best location for a car business is either Lilongwe or Blantyre.

The Japanese have this market covered already in most of Africa I am interested in setting up a business and working in Malawi. Ex South African living in France at present. Old Land Rovers would do well in this part of the world, what were you thinking of exporting?
