After several visits to Namibia I have decided to live and work there. Being engaged in the Hospitality and Tourism industries, a country such as Namibia should offer many employment opportunities. In order to work in namibia one would need a working permit this can be obtained from the Ministry of Home Affairs only if you already have a job. It is therefor difficult to get into the workforce here unless u have a specialised qualification not found easily in namibia like medical doctor, engineer geologist etc for IT it is very difficult as allot of namibians are quite experienced with good qualifications in this tourism might posssibly work.

My husband has been in the construction industry for his entire working career and has mainly been project manager for domestic housing.
