Hello. My name is Bruce Hoffman. I live in California, U.S.A. I really love Marrakesh and would like to find an inexpensive place. Is this possible? I have done a lot of internet searches on property and almost everything I have found costs a lot of money. Where would the average Moroccan live if they coudn't afford a 5 million euro villa in the Palmarie? Thanks! Bruce.

We were interested in buying in Marrakech but have been put off by the silly asking prices (properties still not sold due to unrealistic asking prices), so we have now directed our search to Fez. However if we could find a sensible person to help us in Marrakech we would re-direct our search to there.

We shall be making our first trip to Fez in November; having made many trips to Marrakech already but become fed up with the people we were dealing with.

If you have any sensibly priced properties please let us know. We are flexible on property type (Riad, Villa, an apartment maybe) as the price will be the key issue and we have had it with agents who ask what we wish to spend firstly as we do not know. The prime issue is 'value for money' so if we see the right place at the right price we would increase our target price.
In short if you know of any realistic property sales where a property has been priced to sell and not just fantasy, please let us know.

to whom may be interested,
My name is Bachir. I represent a moroccan real estate business group, my office is in Malaga, Spain. We are not your typical real estate agent, you will be dealing with serious business men who have a proven track record. The President of our group has been Director of the largest most recognized real estate development group in Morocco, E.R.A.C, for more than 15 years. He´s an expert in Moroccan real estate law and fiscal law. When you have specifics about what you are looking for, you can contact me and I will refer you as I see fit. Next, you will be arranged an inspection trip and be given a tour of prospective properties that might correspond your profile. The experts will then conduct a feasibility study, research all the respective urbanistic dimensions and hand you an expertise report to examine at your convenience.
My number is 00 34 676 247 422. Only serious requests, thank you!
Bachir.
