Tanzania &
Zanzibar (Maps Worldwide) Cadogan guides achieve excellent
reviews across the travel press. Their style is somewhat more literary than for
example the Eyewitness Guides from DK, but they contain a lot of very useful
information. Our personal view is that they are best used in planning what to
do in a place rather than guiding your way around it. For planning they are
probably the best on the market.
Tanzania &
Zanzibar Insight Guides (Maps Worldwide) The excellent Insight Guides provide
colourful background reading with informative text, good photography and
includes a travel planner and maps.
