Description
Marrakech Gueliz is the modern european part of the city. The main avenue is Mohammed V, with most of the entertainment, shops, restaurants, cafes, discos located along or closeby. This 50 sqm flat is located just off Mohammed V in a quiet side street, in a brand new luxurious buiding with private indoor pool, fitness, private parking in the basement, security 24/7, videophone. The flat has like the builing oriental style finishings in the doors, ceilings, baths (shower with maroccan tiles called zelliges). It is located on the 5th floor (lifts available) with balcony offering a nice open view on the city and sunset. Comfortable, modern, furnished with love for detail, everything is brand new. Fully equipped US kitchen with all crockery, fridge, microwave, coffee-maker, toaster, washing machine. Eating corner, sat tv, 2 sofa-beds (measures 1,10 x 1,85 m & 0,70 x 2,00 m) in living-room, kingsize bed (1,80 x 2,00 m) in the bedroom, reversible aircon in both rooms, bath with toilet and shower. Bedsheets & towels are provided and included in the rental price, as well as weekly and final cleaning, access to indoor pool and fitness, private parking. Just around the corner there is a nice cafe/restaurant called La Flamme, as well as a big supermarket called Acima. In a small street opposite there are various cheap local restaurants ideal for lunch. To get to the famous El-Fna Square it takes 5 min. by taxi (and 1 euro) or 20 min walking. To the airport it is only 6 km, Majorelle Gardens 1,5 km, Menara Gardens 3 km. Everything is really very easily reachable with the small taxis that charge around 1 to 2 euros for rides within the city.

Pricing Details
Weekly price per flat for 2 persons is euro 350 (except Xmas/New Year) that is approx. US$ 440. Daily price is euro 60 for 2 persons that is approx. US$ 75. Extra charge for 3rd pax is euro 40/week, for 4th pax euro 30/week. Lower rates for 2 weeks to 1 month. Always included in the rates are electricity, water, gas, bedheets &towels with change, weekly and final cleaning, access to private indoor pool and fitness, private parking in the basement. For reservation a 50% deposit is required, payable through all major credit cards on the PAYPAL system. The rest is to be paid on arrival with euros, together with a breakage deposit of euro 250 (also in other currencies) cash, which will be given back on departure day. An inventory has to be signed from both parties.
