Apartments: At Kundayo our aim is to make you feel completely at home. With this in mind, we have designed and equipped our apartments with every home comfort you could possibly desire. Whatever your situation, whether on a long or short term stay, Kundayo will offer to you a comfort of your own home, that comes with superior services. All the apartments come with wide range of services and facilities.
Bedrooms: Each bedroom is designed for a calm relaxing atmosphere and features the following: King or Queen sized bed, bedside lighting, spacious fitted wardrobe in selected units, bedding and many more
Fully Equipped Kitchen: The kitchen is equipped with all appliances you would imagine, these include but not limited to the followings: microwave, fridge, hob with oven, electric jug for tea and coffee making, sandwich maker, crockery and cutlery, linens and so on.
Living Room/& Dining Room: Living rooms have been designed to give you that extra place to feel at home while at the same time allow yourself to encompass a lifestyle of luxury. A color TV, dinning table, comfortable coaches and other accessories will allow your mind and body to relax.

Laundry/Dry Cleaning: A convenient and efficient laundry service is available. When staying at Kundayo you do not need to worry about cleaning your clothes, because laundry will be collected, professionally cleaned and later delivered at your door.
Deliveries: Whether it is drinks, milk, newspapers or groceries, you can have it delivered right to your door. There is also a convenient shop on site where you can purchase other items.
Car Park: Feel at home and take advantage of our site car park.
Business Services: All immediate business services are available, such as copying, faxing, printing and internet services.
Transport Arrangements: When you request, we can arrange personal transport for you from the airport or other major arrival points. The advantage of this is that you will be meet and greeted from arrival points and taken directly to the apartment. You can be transferred to and from Kilimanjaro International Airport, Arusha Airport and other places you may want to go. In addition, when you want to rent a car we can also organize for that as well.

When it comes to location, Kundayo will keep you close to the pulse of the city with easy access to Arusha-Moshi Road It is only five minutes driving from Arusha International Conference Center and four minutes drive from The Impala Hotel. You can be in the heart of Arusha city centre and CBD area within eight minutes by taxi.

Notes
Please be aware that if you stay less than 20 days, you shall be charged the daily rate. 20 days or more you are eligible for the discount rate. Between 20-30 days the fixed price of between USD 600 - USD 700 shall be applied. Please if you have any questions in relation to our rates do not hesitate to contact us.

- All bookings requires 50 percent deposit and full payment before occupancy
- All taxes are inclusive
- More than two people are not allowed to share one apartment unit, unless third person is below 12 years old
- Discounts are available for stays of more than twenty days.
